Emperor International Holdings Limited ("EIH" or the "Group", SEHK: 163) is an investment holding company, which is principally engaged in property development and investment business.

Benefiting from an improving property market in Hong Kong, EIH has received stable rental income from its high quality assets at prime locations, including commercial podium and retail shop sites in Hong Kong and Macau. It also receives rental returns from Emperor Group Centre in Wanchai and Emperor Plaza in Tsuen Wan.

In Hong Kong, the Group is engaged in the redevelopment of the Lido Plaza in Repulse Bay, one of the most famous scenic spots in Hong Kong, which is scheduled to open in 2008.

In Beijing, the Group acquired an 88,420-square-foot site along the Chang’an Avenue for constructing a high-end luxury shopping and office complex with gross floor area of approximately 816,000 square feet. The Grade-A office tower is expected to complete in 2010.

EIH also serves the consumer market through The Emperor (Happy Valley) Hotel.
